JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date of occurrence of this case, namely, Sivaipatti P.S. case no. 43 of 2013, the petitioner was in jail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. case no. 118 of 2013 under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the petitioner, named above, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East)
