====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 09-12-2021 The instant application stands filed seeking recall of the order dated 04.11.2015 whereby the Civil Review No. 8 of 2014, titled as Sanichar Mahto & Ors. Vs. Ramesh Singh & Ors., stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order.

Patna High Court MJC No.2831 of 2016(3) dt.09-12-2021 3/3 The petition, which was defective in nature, was filed challenging the order in relation to a proceeding which commenced much prior to the year 1975.

This Court dismissed Second Appeal No. 565 of 1977 vide order dated 22.01.1981 against which a review petition being Civil Review No. 8 of 2014, titled as Sanichar Mahto & Ors. Vs. Ramesh Singh & Ors., was filed.

The petition for review was dismissed for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 04.11.2015. Even, petitioner had earlier failed to comply with the objections raised by the registry and further time granted by the court to remove the objections, which lapsed. Litigation must come to an end at some stage.

The instant application seeking recall of the said order dated 04.11.2015 passed in review petition warrants rejection, for no sufficient cause having been explained. As such, it stands dismissed.
