JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner has prayed for quashing the F.I.R. of Sadar Dagarua P.S. Case No. 292 of 2011 on various grounds but in my view, it is not a proper stage to consider the grounds raised by the petitioner for quashing the aforesaid F.I.R.

Accordingly, this quashing petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to raise his plea before the court below at appropriate stage.
