This modification petition has been filed for extension of time to surrender the petitioner before the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S.case No. 113 of 2014 in the light of order dated 06.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9914 of 2015. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender before the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S.case No. 113 of 2014 as the petitioner could not be informed regarding the order dated 06.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9914 of 2015. In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31901 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner, Golden Miyan, to surrender before the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S.case No. 113 of 2014 within four weeks from today and the other conditions of order dated 06.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9914 of 2015 shall remain the same. Accordingly, the above stated order dated 06.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9914 of 2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
