This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence of murder of Sanjiv Kumar, the son of the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the aforesaid material is no legal evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13135 of 2017 (6) dt.15-05-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court.
