The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2019 arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 25 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, a small quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner has sufficiently been punished as the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 25.07.2019.
