JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71013 of 2021(5) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 504, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant and other family members, due to which, they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate incident. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
