====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section-47(a)(g) of the Excise Act. Allegedly, nine litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house, in which, the petitioner is a tenant. The seizure list enclosed with the written report does not bear the signature of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 28-11-2016. It is mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhabua P.S.
