This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the First Information Report, it can be easily noticed that the petitioner has been found by the police to be a part of a gang of criminals involved in organised crime of stealing motor bikes.

In my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application is accordingly rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55812 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
