The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019 in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 110/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession and he has been falsely implicated due to local politics. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56103 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 110/2019.
