Petitioner is accused in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No. 505 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 447, 427, 302 and 504 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10243 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 11518 of 2016. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2016.
