2 Earlier, bail was granted to the petitioner on 25.08.2023 by order passed in Cr Misc No 55020 of 2023. 3 It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that since all the family members have been made accused, in view of condition (i), the petitioners have failed to come out of the jail.

4 In that view of the matter, condition No (i) is modified to the following extent:

(i) One of the bailors should be the relative of the petitioners who shall provide official document to show their bona fide."
