The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 337, 307,353,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, petitioner was involved in brick-batting against the police force who had to control the mob. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for the same occurrence, two cases were lodged and in one case he has already been released on bail. He is not named in the First Information Report and has been made accused after the alleged supervision by the S.D.P.O. As per the allegation, in the FIR there were 500-600 persons who were involved in brick-batting and there is no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 298 of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to the conditions as laid down under Section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
