2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 197 of 2024 arising out of Rampur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. As per allegation, the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of pistol and also forcibly pressed his neck with the intention to kill. It is also alleged that the petitioner snatched away golden chain from the neck of the informant and Rs. 4000/- from his pocket.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in custody in some other cases and due to which he

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sessions Trial No. 197 of 2024 arising out of Rampur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
