Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from the river side and not from the physical possession of the petitioners. However, petitioners were apprehended on suspicion while they were fleeing from that place. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
