1. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Magadh University P. S. Case No. 43 of 2025, dated 16.02.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

2. Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwary, learned APP appearing for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that the petitioner has been chargesheeted solely on the basis of his own confessional statement and the statement of the co-accused namely, Pankaj Kumar recorded by the police and the said plea has not been refuted by the learned APP and coupled with the completion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59550 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 investigation and his custody period, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Magadh University P. S. Case No. 43 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
