The Petitioner seeks bail in Atri P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is the married 'Nanad' of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against her. Parents-in-law have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31648 of 2016. From the written report it appears that there is no allegation of any overt act against her.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4504 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
