The petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. On information the police found a tanker parked on road and three persons were taking out something from the tanker but on seeing the police they started fleeing away. One Vivek Ranjan @ Dablu Singh @ Kallu Singh was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

No. 51049 of 2016, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Saran at Chapra in Ekma P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016.
