Earlier on 04.12.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for one week time to file re-joinder to the counter affidavit but no re-joinder has yet been filed, neither the petitioner is present.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State that all retiral benefits have been paid including the GPF amount with statutory interest. It has been mentioned at para-12 of the counter affidavit that a sum of Rs. 5,30,414/- has been paid vide Bill No. 71/2018-19, which is Annexed as Annexure- A to the counter affidavit.
