The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 467, 468, 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one another accused were caught and on enquiry, they admitted that some other persons impersonating them were giving the exams in their place.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 8.10.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Case no.249 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Danapur, District Patna.
