Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.04.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that his name came in this case at para 62 of the case diary at which his confessional statement recorded in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013 has been incorporated by the investigating officer and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
