30.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 registered under Section 354/54 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of the serious nature of offence and for this reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38921 of 2014 (3) dt.30-01-2015 order, to the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura, and the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
