2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to reinstate him as Panchayat teacher in Primary School, Paswan Tola, Chhourahi Block, District- Begusarai, with all consequential benefits.

3. Since, the writ petition pertains to reinstatement as Panchayat teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions

Patna High Court CWJC No.13548 of 2024 dt.09-09-2024 2/2 Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
