The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the twelve named accused persons including the three petitioners herein came armed with lathi, iron rod etc. and assaulted the mother of the informant who died in course of treatment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the three petitioners who are ladies have been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70545 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 in nature. They are in custody since 23.9.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. They have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case including the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners who are ladies and chargesheet having been submitted, the Court directs the three petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case no.59 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
