2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 30 liters of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63705 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 the learned Special Judge Excise-1st, Saran at Chapra /concerned Court below in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Daudpur Police Station, District- Saran at Chapra on every Sunday of the month.
