That the writ application is directed for issuance of Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction commanding the respondents to direct the respondents No. 3 and 4 to take appropriate steps/action for removing the encroachment from the land situated at Mauza-Kahua, Thana No.

499, 530, 476, 562, 571, 627, 634 and 639, area 0.23 decimal, 0.24 decimal, 0.58 decimal, 0.20 decimal, 0.14 decimal, 0.10 decimal, 0.18 decimal and 0.10 decimal respectively, under Circle- Biroul, P.S. Biroul, District-Darbhanga, which is a gair mazarua aam land and has been illegally encroached by the respondent nos. 7 and 8."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Biroul, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
