For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Uday Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. T.P.Mandal(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.
20-02-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier also, the petitioner had filed an anticipatory bail application, vide Cr. Misc. No. 18662 of 2013, which stood dismissed on 25-11-2013. After several months, fresh anticipatory bail petition has been filed.
I have perused the materials available on record. The petitioner was Revenue Clerk (Karamchari in Circle Office, Phulwarisharif) and there is allegation against the petitioner of making interpolation in the record conspiring with some other accused persons.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37232 of 2014 (3) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as the fact that anticipatory bail petition was rejected by learned Sessions Judge in the month of January, 2013 and thereafter, his anticipatory bail petition, vide Cr. Misc. No. 18662 of 2013, was rejected on 25-11-2013, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Superintendent of Police for taking appropriate action. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay/- U T
