JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2016 in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 487 of 2016, Spl. Case No. 100/16 registered for offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25(1-B)/26 of Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. As a matter of fact he has gone to collect money of his cattle, where his business rivals caught hold implicated in this case by planting incriminating articles. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 09.12.2016. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
