In view of the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 3, the grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed, as The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Case No. 227 of 2013, filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 to 8, has already been disposed of by order dated 27.11.2014 (Annexure-C to the aforesaid counter-affidavit). In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
