Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No.147 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Prosecution case is about recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the house of co-accused Naresh Singh and the petitioner is also named in the FIR along with the other accused persons .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on the suspicion he has been made accused in this case. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.56082 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise , Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No.147 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
