Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, in the name of the petitioner call was made and ransom of Rs. 5 lakhs was demanded from the informant. Submission is of false implication and that the SIM from which the ransom was demanded does not belong to the petitioner, nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and besides suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. Someone has taken the name of the petitioner and the informant after realizing the truth has filed compromise petition also. The petitioner is suffering in custody since 09.04.2016 and as such the

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent also. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the period of detention, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss K. Anjali, J. M. Ist Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
