The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 25(N) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. From the possession of the petitioner 43.3 gms. of Ganja was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.01.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that for recovery of small quantity of Ganja the petitioner has remained in jail for two months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Bhabua in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017.
