JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation Shri Ranjeet Kumar Pandey and the learned counsel for the State. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent Patna Municipal Corporation to make payment of the outstanding retiral benefits of the petitioner herein i.e. gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance and revised arrears of salary.

The respondent Corporation has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the entire retiral benefits have stood paid to the petitioner herein, the details whereof has been given in paragraphs no. 6 and 7.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondent authorities.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation in case of any subsisting grievances.
