Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 120(B), 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that there is an illicit relationship between the petitioner and husband of the informant Ranjeet Ram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and due

It is further submitted that the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.09.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63978 of 2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the husband of the informant Ranjeet Ram and case of this petitioner is on better footing.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has conceded the fact of grant of anticipatory bail of co-accused Ranjeet Ram. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
