3. The Sub-Judge-III, Bagaha, West Champaran is directed to conclude and decide the Title Suit No. 137 of 2018 within nine months from the date of communication of this order.

4. The Sub-Judge-III, Bagaha, West Champaran will proceed regularly without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The Sub-Judge-III, Bagaha, West Champaran will proceed ex-parte against the noncooperative party.

5. Pendency of any application in this Court against any interim order shall not operate as a stay of the aforesaid proceeding of the title suit.

6. The Sub-Judge-III, Bagaha, West Champaran will send a compliance report to this court after nine months.
