2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhat P.S Case No. 167 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners have assaulted the informant by means of rod due to which he got injured.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that from the FIR itself appears that there is no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63685 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 injury on the vital part of the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case nature of injury and nature of weapon used and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S Case No. 167 of 2022 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
