Though instant case has been registered under Section 341, 323, 376, 511 IPC, however from the allegation so alleged by the informant it is apparent that mere preparation was there and during course thereof, some sort of unwarranted activities were done by the petitioner. That being so, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider in light of aforesaid fact.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
