Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the concerned authority for consideration his claim for absorption against the post of Lecturer in Mathematics in college in question after judging eligibility, suitability and continuous work in Mathematics department against the vacancy exist by virtue of death and additionally Sri Vijay Kumar Singh and Vinod Kumar Singh who were considered and absorbed when initially at the time of appointment they did not possess the necessary requisite qualification of post Graduate with 52.5% marks and arbitrarily his candidature was left out

Patna High Court CWJC No.8621 of 2018 (2) dt.20-08-2018 unreasonably".

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 16-07-2018 passed in CWJC No. 17670 of 2017.

The Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent No. 3) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
