This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 a and 38 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Five liters of sprit has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2016. It appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadhowrah P.S. Case No. 559 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, or successor Court with the condition that if it would come

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9789 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 to the notice of the Court below that the petitioner has committed similar crime in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner in this case also.
