The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is discrimination in the issuance of joining letter on the post of 'Prakhand Teacher', in compliance of decision of the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the decision of the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority is in relation to appointment of 22 candidates on the post of 'Prakhand Teachers'. Out of 22 candidates, 5 have been

Patna High Court CWJC No.17330 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 offered appointment and without any rationale justification the respondents have not issued appointment letter in favour of the petitioner although the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority decided the case of all candidates. Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner in light of the direction issued by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
