2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025, instituted for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 10.440 litre foreign liquor from the house of Nasar Ji and it is alleged that the said house has been given to the petitioner on rent.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner had never taken the said house of Nasar Ji on rent and he has no concern with the occurrence. No
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60503 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was not present on the spot. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the Petitioner, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
