JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have committed murder of the husband of the petitioner. The informant is the brother of the deceased. There is no eye witness of the occurrence.

The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has confessed before the police and involvement of other persons are also there in the commission of murder.

Considering the fact that confession of the petitioner, who is an accused in the case, before the police is no evidence and only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let, the petitioner, above named, is directed to
