The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 380 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner stabbed his uncle Md. Ali on different places of his body. Other accused persons are also alleged to have assaulted Md. Ali. Altogether10 injuries were found on the person of Md. Ali out of which only one injury of dorsum of right hand palm was found fractured which has been opined as grievous. Other injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner is in jail for two and a half months. The informant and the petitioner are co-sharer. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner
