2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 01.12.2017 passed in Nawada P.S. Case No. 562 of 2016 by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
