JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that as stated in the supplementary show cause filed on 18th October, 2016, the order under contempt has fully been complied with and a cheque bearing No. 040112 dated 17.10.2016 for Rs. 2,31,443/- in favour of the substituted heir Rajeshwar Singh drawn on Dena Bank, Patna is being handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same. He also accepts that the order under contempt has been complied with.
In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
