Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.34 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 69, 318(2), 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft of Rs.1,00,000/- issued in favour of the informant to the learned counsel for the informant without accepting his guilt.

Learned counsel for the informant shall hand

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63384 of 2025(3) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 over the aforesaid demand draft to the informant. 6.

Allegation against the petitioner is of establishing physical relationship with the informant and thereafter left her without marriage. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that it is a consensual relationship between the petitioner and the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Siwan / concerned Court below, in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.
