====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the respondent no. 5.

2. By filing the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s) :

"(A) For commanding the Respondents to settle the land measuring 1 decimal from land bearing Khata No. 65 Plot No.228 in Vill. Gopalpur & Revenue Thana no. 479, Anchal Pandewari, P.S. Kateya, Dist.

Gopalganj under homestead land scheme in favour of petitioner who is a landless person and has constructed her house and has been living with his family on the afore said land since above than 50 years.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9665 of 2018(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 (B) For quashing the letter / official letter dated 21.03.2018 { Annexure 3} passed by the (Respondent No. 4) i,e Circle Officer, Anchal Panchdewari, Dist. Gopalganj ordering to demolish the house of the petitioner from a portion land bearing Khata No. 65 Plot No.228 in Vill.

Gopalpur & Revenue Thana no. 479, Anchal Pandewari, P.S. Kateya, Dist.

Gopalganj and for commanding the Respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioner."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of averments made in paragraphs 8 and 16 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4, he intends to withdraw the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection over the same.

5. In the light of aforesaid submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
