2. Petitioner's father died in harness on 21.08.1985 while posted as Motor Mechanic in the office of respondent no. 6, the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Gaya. He claims payment of GPF amount with up to date interest of his father.

3. Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before respondent no. 7, the District Provident Fund Officer, Gaya which will be disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8885 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 by respondent no. 7 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. If any amount is due, the same shall be paid with admissible interest and if dues are not found payable, the representation may be disposed of by passing a speaking order, which will be communicated to the petitioner by registered post.
