2. Permission is accorded.

3. In view of the above, the application of petitioner no. 3 namely Satan Rishideo is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and learned counsel for the State.

5. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 apprehend arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. The petitioners have otherwise no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation against them.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 251/2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
