2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 111(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 105 liters & 750 ml. of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from an alto car and a bike, which were seized on spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the seized vehicles and has been made accused only on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise - 2, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
